Hai hai hai!

Met up with my girls lately to have dinner a few days back.
We were supposed to meet at 6 but all of us were late by an hour.

Wen said she could join us but she mia-ed throughout the conversation.

Upon reaching, we saw a loooooooooong queue.
Maybe it's because it was a Saturday.
We had to queue for an hour before we had any seats.

Wen suddenly appeared!!

Thank god she didn't lose her way.

On the overall, the food was yummy &inexpensive!
I wish I knew when it's less crowded so I can go there again, without waiting so long!

It's my first time trying this...and I thought it was a bazhang initially LOL.

it tasted a little bit like tandoori chicken.

Anyway,it goes pretty well with the sweet chilli.

Went to JB w GWC colleagues & K.

Surprised that K came! Hahah.

MY VERY FIRST CHOP ON MY NEW PASSPORT MUAHAHA.

Made my specs, like finally.

Took quite a while to choose my frame because I suck at choosing spectacle frames.

Finally chose one squarish frame & checked my degree!

The guy must be quite pekcek with me, cause I kept saying I dont know.

LOL.

Well, settled my specs & went to dye my hair! ^_^v

K dyed his hair too! & he said I stole his di yi ci 'cause he havent dyed his hair for 7 years and this is the first time he dyed his hair in the salon!

We got similar colours, just that his colour is more striking.

Bought some snacks & off to dinner!

Xl & Kris were so scared of the stray dogs. HAHA. Daaaamn funny.

Tried Qi Gai Ji for the 1st time!

& satisfied my craving for Salted Egg Crab after Silin posted hers on instagram a day ago!

Everybody was so full that we didn't have anymore space for loklok. :(

Oh hi 2013.

It's another year.

I was late to meet Junxian and Jiajun for dessert, for an hour! @_@

Met Mich @ NEX & tried to psycho Jx to go planet w us.

Reached Clarke Quay & this girl wanted a tourist picture.

There were people blocking her & she was tiptoe-ing and tiptoe-ing.

Damn cute! hahaha.

We were an hour ++ late, but only Elynn was on time. Heh.

Opened 4 Martells despite having just a few of us.

Pam, Wen, Geraldine & Kenneth reached.

& we counted down!

FIRST SUCCESSFUL COUNTDOWN.

(previous x'mas countdowns were at random places because we couldn't decide where to go)

Jsheng & his friend came down soon after.

Sometime last month, I've went to Sentosa with Jacq on a bright Sunday morning.

We had a mini picnic! Jacq brought sandwiches and some healthy food whereas I brought junk food.

Can't remember what cuisine it is, but that street is famous for that.
I think its Heng Hua cuisine?

Filled our tummies to the brim before heading home to get a gooood rest.

Ahh. Finally found some time to blog amidst my busy schedule.
There's still my bkk trip, graduation day and lots more to update about.
I don't wanna lose such precious memories.

Working really takes up a lot of time. By the time I'm home, I just don't feel like doing anything at all.
Thankfully, I've met really wonderful colleagues who are willing to share their experiences, and knowledge that they have accumulated over the years. However, I was told that I was too playful.... I guess that's something I have to change asap.

This space should stop rotting.

I'm gonna start my full time job tomorrow.
Having mixed feelings. Kinda excited yet scared.

I've never liked starting something new in an unfamiliar environment. It often makes me scared because there are so many uncertainty lurking. I once heard, " Staying in the comfort zone equates to making do with mediocrity."

How could I fall in love with one of my closest friends?
I'm stuck.
I don't have the courage to move on. Neither do I have the courage to stay put, and wait for the day when he'll find somebody better.
Maybe time will tell.

Met up with Girlf. Mich, Forever Hungry Bro Weijie & Slowpoke Weilin for dinner!

Met the Wei brothers @ Srgn Int & Wj suggested to go to the bus stop to take 315.....

Squeezed on the bus like sardines when a kind ahma offered me to squeeze in the adult+child sear.
okay.... hahaha she's really friendly!

It's quite sad to hear that her grandchildren don't really like talking to her even when she asks if they are doing fine and all. Her granddaughter just flares up at her.
Ah.. It reminds me of how I was, when I was in secondary school.

There was once, when ahma tried talking some sense into me, & I shouted back at her.
Just because I was rebellious. I know I shouldn't had done it.
I made my ahma cried.
Then, I cried & hugged her as I apologised to her.
It really broke my heart. Till today, I still regret doing that.

Reached Chomp Chomp & met Mich!
We ordered food like no tomorrow, and its only $10 per person!
Satay Beehoon. Hokkien Mee. Stingray. Sugar Cane Juice. Fried Sambal Kangkong. BBQ Chicken Wings. Chicken & Pork Satay.

Heaven.

On our way to Udders, Mich & I hid from the Wei brothers and chilled at the outdoor couch.
